Which tools can you connect?
Anything n8n, Make or Zapier can reach, and anything with an API through code: think CRMs, spreadsheets, online shops, inboxes and invoicing tools. If one can't connect, we'll tell you before we quote.
n8n, Make or Zapier: which will you use?
Whichever fits the work and what you already pay for. n8n mixes app connections with custom code and you can host it yourself. Make handles processes that take different paths. Zapier is quickest for simple connections between everyday apps.
What happens when something breaks?
On medium and large builds you get an alert when a step fails, and 30 days of bug fixes after handover. Every build comes with a written guide, so your team knows what it does and where to look.
Do we need AI for this?
Not always. If a task doesn't need AI, we'll say so and build it without. If one step needs reading, writing or sorting, we can add an AI step with a person checking it.
How long does it take?
A small build takes about a week. A whole process takes four to five weeks. Two or three processes, or one that needs heavy custom code, take seven to eight.
