- one repeated task automated from start to finish, connecting one or two of your tools, with a short written guide to how it works.

- a form that has to land in a spreadsheet and a CRM; an order that has to trigger an email and an invoice; a weekly export someone does by hand.

- admin access to the one or two tools, a person who knows the task (about an hour in the first week), and a few real examples of it.
