ai integration
Put AI to work inside the tools you already use.
We add a step that drafts replies, sorts requests or reads documents, right where the work happens. A person checks the result before it's used.
30 to 60 minutes, free. Within two working days you get a written plan, with a fixed price if there's a first project worth doing.
who it's for
Small businesses where the team spends a lot of its time reading, writing or sorting the same kind of thing.
- Teams answering the same enquiries by email or chat every day.
- Anyone typing invoices, forms or orders from PDFs into a spreadsheet.
- Agencies sorting incoming leads or requests by hand before anyone can act on them.
- Businesses that want to try AI on one real task before going further.
where AI actually fits
You know AI could help, but it's hard to tell what's real. A new chat window is one more tab for your team. The useful part is smaller: the enquiry drafted, the invoice read, the request sent to the right person, inside the tools they already open.
It also has to be right before a client sees it. So we build in a point where someone on your team checks the result before it's used.
what we do
We start with one task and the examples your team already has.
pick the step
We find the place where reading, writing or sorting holds the work up, and start there.
build it where you work
The AI step sits inside a tool you already use, like your inbox, your CRM or a spreadsheet. It runs in your own accounts.
test it on your examples
Before handover we try it on real inputs from your team, so you see how it does on your own work.
a person approves
Someone on your team approves the result before it's used. On the large size, every run is logged, so you can see what it did.
three sizes
Start with one AI step. Bigger sizes add an assistant that answers from your own documents, or AI across a whole process.
small
one ai step
- what you get
- one AI step inside a tool you already use. It drafts, sorts or pulls data out of documents, and a person approves the result before it's used.
- good for
- drafting replies to common enquiries; sorting incoming requests; reading invoices or forms into a spreadsheet.
- what we need from you
- access to the tool, 10 to 20 real examples of the input and the output you want, and the person who will approve the results.
- takes
- 1 week
medium
assistant on your own data
- what you get
- an assistant that answers from your own documents and records, in one or two tools, with a written set of prompts, a test against real questions, and a written guide.
- what we need from you
- the documents and records it should use, a list of questions it must answer correctly, and someone to check its answers in week two.
- takes
- 2–3 weeks
large
ai in the workflow
- what you get
- AI across a whole process, with several steps, a person reviewing at the key point, a log of every run, and 30 days of bug fixes.
- what we need from you
- access to every tool in the process, a process owner, the people who will review results, and an hour a week for the checkpoint.
- takes
- 5–6 weeks
Everyone starts with a small project: about a week, at a fixed price, paid up front. If it isn't what we agreed, we fix it. If it still isn't right, you get your money back.

questions
questions
Will AI send things to our clients on its own?
Only if you decide it should. We build in a point where someone on your team approves the result before it goes anywhere.
What if it gets something wrong?
It will sometimes, which is why a person checks it. We test it on your real examples before handover, and on the large size every run is logged, so a mistake is easy to trace.
How do you handle our data?
Before we build, we agree what data the work needs, who can see it and which tools may touch it. Please don't send passwords or confidential data through the contact form.
Do we need to buy a new AI tool?
We add the step to the tools you already use. The AI itself usually runs on an account with a model provider, in your name like the rest of the build, and paid by use. The written plan names it before you pay anything.
What if the task doesn't need AI?
Then we'll say so and build it as a plain automation.
