If your first project isn't what we agreed, we fix it. If it still isn't right, we refund the full fee. The promise covers your first small project, and it's about the work we agreed in writing.

There's no retainer and no minimum term. Stop at any weekly checkpoint, pay for the hours done, and keep everything we built. It already runs in your accounts.

how a project runs

  1. a free call.

    30 to 60 minutes on the work that eats your week and the tools you use. You talk, we ask questions. Nobody pitches, and nothing gets decided on the call.

  2. a plan in writing.

    Within two working days: what we heard, a one-page map of how the process runs today, and what we'd do, with a fixed price if there's a first project worth doing. Marco reads every one before it goes out. It's yours to keep.

  3. a small first project.

    About a week, at a fixed price paid up front, built in your own accounts. The money-back promise covers it.

  4. handover, then you decide.

    You get a short written guide to how it works, plus a recorded walkthrough on medium and large automation builds. Then it's your call: a bigger project, a different one, or stop there.

Who do you work with?

Small businesses of about 8 to 80 people, where the team juggles two or more tools that don't talk to each other. Agencies, studios, online shops and distributors fit well. What matters most is the work: a task that repeats, with a clear start and a clear result.

Which tasks are worth automating?

Copying data between tools, building the same report every week, routing requests, answering the same questions, reading documents into a spreadsheet. If a task doesn't need AI, we'll say so and build it without.

Do we have to change our tools?

No. We build in the accounts you already have: your CRM, your spreadsheets, your inbox, your shop. If a tool can't connect, we'll tell you before we quote.

Is the call really free?

Yes. It doesn't commit you to anything, and you get the written plan whether or not you go ahead.

Why aren't your prices on the site?

Every process is different, so we price the exact project after the call. You get a fixed price in writing before you pay anything.

How do I pay?

Small projects are paid in full before we start. Medium and large are paid half at the start and half when you sign off the work. We quote in US dollars.

What if I want to stop?

Stop at any weekly checkpoint. You pay for the hours done up to then and keep everything we built.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It runs in your accounts, under your logins, with a written guide to how it works.

How do you handle our data?

Before we build, we agree what data the work needs, who can see it and which tools may touch it. Where AI is involved, a person approves the result. Please don't send passwords or confidential data through the contact form.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, from Buenos Aires.
